2. Find a peaceful place without distraction
3. Take your Tibetan singing bowl in your left palm.
Take the mallet in your right palm. Hold the mallet in its middle.
Tap the mallet gently on the singing bowl at the sides and circle the rim of the bowl.
Allow the bowl to vibrate for as long as you like before striking it again.
